+ How long it will take to set up an account in WAGHL?

It will hardly take less than 10 minutes, and the entire process is automated. Just fill out the registration form and you'll get the details on your WhatsApp and email ID. You can start using it immediately.

+ Are there any prerequisites before I start using the services?

You should not connect a newly registered WhatsApp number. If you have recently registered WhatsApp on a phone number, you should warm up the number by sending and receiving messages from the phone WhatsApp app, and connect only after 2-3 weeks.

+ Do you offer a free trial, for how long, and when do I need to make the payment?

We offer a 14-day free trial without linking your credit card. You'll get a payment link after the trial period — you can start paying using that link. We collect payment through Stripe.

+ Can I get a free trial for every new sub-account?

Yes, you'll get 14 days free trial for every new sub-account.

+ How many sub-accounts can I add under trial?

At a time you can avail of only 5 trials. If you want to add more, you need to make the payment for the sub-accounts that are under trial, or wait until the trial expires for the existing sub-accounts.

If you want to make the payment, you can do it from your admin panel:

+ Are there any restrictions during the trial period?

No. There are no restrictions — you can use all the features even in the trial period.

+ Do we need WhatsApp Personal or WhatsApp Business to start using WAGHL?

You can connect using either, but WhatsApp Business is recommended.

+ Are there any restrictions on using WAGHL services in any country?

No. There are no restrictions — you can use our services in any country.

+ Can I connect virtual numbers, or LeadConnector / Twilio numbers I'm already using in GHL?

Yes, you can. You just need to install WhatsApp on that number and you can start using our services.

Install WhatsApp on any of your phones, and during registration when it asks for a phone number you can give either:

  • A virtual number
  • A LeadConnector number
  • A Twilio number

You can opt for OTP through SMS or voice call. Just enter the OTP and start using WhatsApp services.

+ Can I change my WhatsApp number anytime?

Yes, easily. You just need to disconnect the existing WhatsApp session, then scan from the new number you'd like to send messages from.

+ Can I use WhatsApp in workflow automation?

Yes. After installing our app (SMS = WhatsApp), you don't need to change anything in your existing workflow. Wherever you've set up SMS in the workflow, the message will go via WhatsApp instead.

+ Can I build an auto-reply chatbot system on WhatsApp using WAGHL?

Yes. You can use the GHL workflow automation feature and set the reply for incoming messages in the workflow.

+ Do you contact our clients or send notifications to them?

No, we never do that — we understand how important your client relationships are. We also never ask for any of your client details.

Important: Be careful when filling out the registration form. Never give your client's email and phone number in the registration form. We send notifications only to the email ID and phone number you provided when registering.

If by mistake you've already given your client's email ID or phone number in the registration form, contact us and we'll update the details immediately.
