Do I need a Twilio account to use WAGHL?

No. That's actually one of the main reasons people switch. Twilio is hard to configure and isn't supported in many countries. WAGHL replaces it entirely — you only need a phone number that can run WhatsApp.

Does it work with my country's phone numbers?

If WhatsApp works in your country, WAGHL works. We have customers in 100+ countries sending and receiving messages without restrictions.

How is this whitelabeled?

WAGHL operates invisibly behind the scenes. Your end customers never see "WAGHL" — they interact only through WhatsApp and your GoHighLevel setup. We never contact your customers directly, and you own the billing, support, and brand relationship. Your customers experience this as your own offering.

What happens if a contact isn't on WhatsApp?

WAGHL supports automatic fallback to SMS for non-WhatsApp numbers. Once you configure this in your settings, messages to contacts without WhatsApp will be delivered via SMS automatically. You can also tag specific contacts for "SMS-only" routing if needed.

When do I need to pay, and how?

Your 14-day free trial starts without a credit card. After registering your sub-account, you'll receive a payment link around day 13. Click it to set up your subscription — payment is processed securely through Stripe.

What's the catch with "unlimited" messages?
