Can I send bulk messages? How many WhatsApp messages can I send — is there a limit?
You can send unlimited WhatsApp messages. There's no limit from our side.
However, we advise you not to send too many bulk messages at once — WhatsApp may block your number if it looks like spam.
Is there a safe limit for sending bulk messages to avoid getting banned?
There's no defined limit, but you should not send bulk marketing messages to unknown contacts.
Use this service for transactional-purpose messages to your customers (or your customers' customers). If recipients mark you as spam, WhatsApp may block the number.
Can I send webinar reminder messages?
Yes. For webinar reminders you'll want to use the drip-mode feature in GHL with a Wait step.

I'm not receiving incoming messages inside GHL.
This sometimes happens when the token expires. You may still be able to send messages but won't receive replies inside GHL.
To fix this, add the location again in our system. You can do that two ways:
- Click the Sync Location button in your admin panel
- Or visit our website and register the same location again
Can I stop incoming WhatsApp messages in GHL while keeping outgoing messages working?
Yes, easily. You can choose from these three options:
- Allow all incoming messages
- Disable all incoming messages
- Allow incoming messages only for existing contacts in GHL
