What this error means
The full error message:
WhatsApp services for your account are not active. Please get in touch with support to request access.
You'll see this when WhatsApp services haven't been activated for your WAGHL account yet — either because:
- Your account is brand new and hasn't been activated by support yet
- Your subscription has expired and services were temporarily disabled
- There's a billing or compliance issue that needs resolving
- You're on a feature tier that doesn't include the action you tried to perform
How to fix it
Log into your admin panel
Go to waghl.com/login and sign in. Check your account status — there's often a notice on the dashboard explaining the activation requirement.
Check subscription status
If your trial has expired or a payment failed, you'll see a billing notice. Update your payment method to reactivate.
Contact support
If everything looks fine but you're still getting the error, message our support team and we'll activate your account manually:
While you wait
Activations are usually completed within minutes during business hours. While you wait, you can:
- Review the Getting Started guide so you can hit the ground running once activated
- Browse Features & Usage to plan which features to set up first
- Pre-build your GHL workflow templates in advance — they'll just need a webhook URL once you're activated
Avoiding this in future
- Keep your billing up to date. Failed renewals are the most common cause of mid-month deactivation.
- Watch for low-balance warnings. If you're on a usage-based plan, top up before hitting zero.
- Verify your account email is current. Activation/billing notifications come via email — make sure you're getting them.
